Breakfast provided. The room is small, but acceptable in view of high standard of living of Japan. This is an ideal place to stay if u're looking for a budget hotel.
Should provide a proper tv in the room. The so called tv in the room now is actually an 14 inch monitor screen.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was freshly prepared and had a limited but satisfactory menu. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant, especially when enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the snow fall. the hot spa facilities were a highlight of the hotel. It was free to use and provided a relaxing experience. The staff throughout the hotel were courteous and helpful, which made our stay effortless. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from a subway station, making it easy to explore the city.
One aspect that could be improved upon is the comfort of the mattresses and pillows. They were a bit firm and could have been more comfortable for sleeping.

The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious, with a limited but satisfying menu. The onsen was spacious and offered a private and relaxing experience. The hotel's location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the sea, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful nature views.
The staff could have been better trained in customer service. Their attention was often lacking and unhelpful, and their response to requests was sometimes accompanied by displeasure.

The hotel is conveniently located near Nakajima Koen Station, making it easy to explore the city. It's also within walking distance of the bustling Susukino Entertainment District. One of the highlights of my stay was the free use of the hot spa on the ground floor. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Another unique feature of the hotel was the cool shower, complete with bath sponge and shower cap. The separate toilet and bathroom were also a nice touch. The friendly staff, delicious pancakes in the cafe, and smooth check-in/out process added to the overall wonderful experience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
